2. Our Services

We provide phone-based flight booking assistance:

• Searching available fares for your destination and dates
• Booking domestic and international flights
• Last-minute and same-day ticket booking
• One-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries
• Seat selection assistance

3. Service Fees

BookingDesk charges a service fee for booking assistance. This fee:

• Is disclosed verbally before any booking is confirmed
• Requires your explicit agreement before any charge is processed
• Is separate from airline fares, taxes, and carrier fees

4. Availability and Pricing

Flight prices and seat availability are controlled by airlines and change in real time. BookingDesk does not guarantee specific fares or availability — we commit to finding the best option at the time of your call.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger information (name, date of birth, passport details where required)
• Ensure valid travel documents for your destination
• Comply with airline rules and check-in requirements

6. Cancellations and Changes

Once booked, changes and cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules. BookingDesk can assist with these requests — additional service fees may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookingDesk's liability is limited to the service fees charged. We are not liable for airline decisions, schedule changes, cancellations, or losses arising from airline actions.
